You will be your own most important employee, so an objective appraisal of your strengths and weaknesses is essential. Some questions to ask yourself are:

  • Am I a self starter?
  • How well do I get along with a variety of Personalities?
  • How good am I at making decisions?
  • Do I have the physical and emotional stamina to run a business?
  • How well do I plan and organize?
  • Are my attitudes and drive strong enough to maintain motivation?
  • How will the business affect my family?

For detailed information about any of our business opportunities or properties, please follow the following procedure:

  1. After reviewing the Confidentiality Agreement Form, please sign and submit it.
  2. Provide proof of your financial ability to purchase the property or business you are interested in.
  3. Once you have submitted the Confidentiality Agreement and proof of funds, then we will provide you with the address of the business site and detailed financial information.
  4. If after you have reviewed the business financials and have visited the business site, you desire to purchase the property we are ready to move forward.
  5. Based on the information that has been provided to you, you make an offer to the seller at reasonable market value.
  6. The seller may accept, reject or compromise on your offer.
  7. Once the offer has been accepted, then escrow will be opened through a mutually agreed upon company.
  8. A Buyer's Good Faith deposit will be deposited into the escrow to start the purchase process.
  9. For your protection there will be many contingencies and conditions as part of your Purchase Agreement.
  10. These contingencies and conditions are mostly for you as the buyer to verify the validity of all financial information and documents that have been provided to you.
  11. Once you have verified and are satisfied with what is provided to you, then the transaction will proceed to the close of escrow.
  12. The estimated start to close if liquor license in involved is between 90 to 120 days. Without the liquor license, the closing is estimated to be 45-60 days.
